These terms explain the purpose of the N Therapy website and how enquiries and service arrangements are handled.

About N Therapy

N Therapy provides private early intervention support for children and families in London, United Kingdom.

Support may include play-based activities, communication and social interaction, emotional regulation, behavioural support strategies, parent and family guidance, nursery and school support, and help with transitions and everyday routines.

Our services

N Therapy does not provide medical diagnosis or formal diagnostic assessments. Our support does not replace advice, assessment or treatment from appropriately qualified and regulated professionals.

Website information is provided for general information. Individual support is discussed and agreed according to the child’s needs and the scope of our services.

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. Each child’s development and circumstances are different, so we cannot guarantee particular outcomes or timescales. This does not affect your legal rights.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry, requesting a callback or contacting N Therapy does not commit you to purchasing services.

We will discuss your enquiry, consider whether our support may be suitable and explain the proposed arrangements before you decide whether to proceed. Sessions are subject to availability and mutual agreement.

Service Agreement, fees and cancellations

Before you commit to paid services, we will provide a separate Service Agreement setting out the arrangements relevant to your booking.

This will explain the agreed support, session duration and frequency, location, fees, payment terms, cancellation and rescheduling arrangements, applicable cooling-off rights, and any travel or additional charges.

You will have an opportunity to review and accept these arrangements before work begins. Additional services or charges require your agreement.

The Service Agreement governs your individual booking, subject to your statutory rights. Changes to these website terms do not automatically change an existing booking or Service Agreement.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use this website or contact us.

Please keep initial enquiries brief and avoid sending medical reports or detailed sensitive information through the website contact form. If further information is needed, we will explain how to provide it.
